Once your return is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked and insured.
Pack with Care
Place the Moen fixtures and all included components back into their original manufacturer packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
